ChiMera - Adding Tutorial

This is a small release.
No changes in code. Only adding a tutorial on how to use the tool.

This is a new major release.

The tool was improved on the following topics:
-faster: using multiprocessing in time-consuming steps
-easier to install: now can be downloaded via pip or git clone
-compact: the main script performs all the tasks

-knockout of genes and reaction
