Implement the LiDO discovery, adding 2020 VN40 and enhancing resonance modeling to support a novel 0° libration mode.
The LiDO paper revealed that high-inclination objects in n:1 resonances, like 2020 VN40 in Neptune's 10:1 MMR, can exhibit libration around 0° instead of the previously known 90°, 180°, or 270° centers. This PR updates the engine to accurately model this new dynamic, improving the realism of distant TNO simulations and enabling more sophisticated resonance analysis.
