Update AGENTS.md documentation to accurately reflect the current Teskooano codebase architecture and development workflow.
The previous documentation contained outdated installation steps, incorrect command usage, missing package categories, and an inaccurate description of the plugin development and registration patterns. This PR rectifies these discrepancies to provide accurate guidance for developers and AI agents.
