Review of the actions defined during the previous meeting Actions:

From the previous meeting:
- (2020-02-24) ACTION: RFC-14, Sergi will ask Vincent and David to address the issues raised in #83. Then status will be changed to draft.
- (2020-02-24) ACTION: Michal/Piotr to ask Vincent to review the latest version of the RFC-12.
- (2020-02-24) ACTION: Michal/Piotr to find/confirm an editor for RFC-7 and RFC-15 and update Wiki.
- (2020-02-24) ACTION: Michal/Piotr will prepare a list of all contributors to the Tango RFC project.
- (2020-02-24) - ACTION: Michal/Piotr will invite Andy, Vincent (mandatory) and possibly all other contributors to the next meeting to discuss how above issues can be addressed (call for contributors, more time allocated, etc...)

Status of the existing RFC list

The current goal:
- Data Types RFC in draft.

- RFC-12 Publisher-Subscriber protocol - no news, waiting to be reviewed by Vincent,
- RFC-13 Publisher-Subscriber protocol implementation with ZMQ - no news,
- RFC-8 Device server - Lorenzo was working on that. Vincent and Lorenzo are going to meet to merge two existing PRs,
- RFC-1 Tango Controls - no news,
- RFC-14 Logging Service - Sergi and Vincent agrees for the roles change (Sergi become the contributor, Vincent become the editor),
- RFC-9 Data types - Piotr suggests to specify only labels for DevState datatype as it is proposed in the recent commit, Reynald agrees. Piotr will ask Gwen for re-review and possibly merge it into the draft,
- RFC-10 Request-Reply - no news. All will focus on it after closing the on-going PRs,
- RFC-7 Pipe - using DevPipeBlob name of the data type has been discussed. It will be left and Olga will reference to this name,
- RFC-15 Dynamic Attribute and Command - Olga applied the changes suggested by Reynald,

- Follow-up of the discussion from the previous meeting:
- The Tango Controls Community meeting in Petersburg is a deadline for closing the current opened RFCs including RFC-10.
- we should be ready with RFCs up to 1 - 15, except RFC-11 (CORBA implementation of the request-reply protocol) which is not as important as other RFCs for starting prototyping of Tango v10.
- In the 2nd half of the year, (a) prototype(s) will be developed
- In Petersburg, in addition to the status of the RFC project, the following will be presented:
- how the RFC can be used for existing sites to help in current development,
- how the spec of v9 can be used to provide a spec for v10,
- possibly presentation on how the architecture proposed by Igor and Olga fits the RFCs,
- The Tango Controls Community meeting in Petersburg is a deadline for closing the current opened RFCs including RFC-10.
