added note to option so3 serial buffer size needs to match longest descriptor bigger buffer sizes lead to delayed decoding, WebUI updates and delayed values via MQTT (see Sensus Pollucom F script and discussion arendst/Tasmota#20460) Please check my description because I potentially used wrong wording?!

just saw that my changes from 1 week ago still are still not made public. It seems that I need to create a "pull request" get get it into the docu?!
