I have quite some years of experience with C# and unit tests, but I have started with TwinCAT a year ago and I'm about to start with TcUnit.
While reading the documentation, I found that it lacks some useful information, so I would like to tell you about that to make life easier for others. Writing documentation is always difficult when you're the developer, because in your mind you need to find and collect all the knowledge that others would need. You might easily miss some important or helpfus info during this process.

More suggestions will follow except you'd tell me you don't want them.

OK, I just read the original comment that I got via E-Mail.
Since you haven't commented at another place yet: I used the markdown preview provided in GitHub. It looked correct there, so I thought this was sufficient. How could I 'compile' it?
