## Personal Leadership | ||

Personal leadership is an abstract concept that in practice revolves around questions such as: Do I know what is important to me? Am I able to act accordingly and maintain this? What pitfalls do I recognize, and how do I prevent stepping into them? The more you feel you have control over your own life, the easier it is to deal with daily challenges that come your way. | ||

## Leadership | ||

As a leader, you often have little time for your own development. In our coaching we make room for that. We will address obstacles you encounter as a leader and also look to the future: what kind of leader would you like to be? | ||

At some points in life, even the most organised people run into time management issues. In coaching we aim to discover what you would need to work from a place of calm and overview. And indeed, that is different for everyone. We will practically work on smartly organizing your work while also addressing more fundamental questions: With which tasks would you ideally want to fill your schedule? | ||

## Facilitating Groups | ||

Anyone who works with groups knows that hosting them involves a lot. As a trainer or facilitator, you are never done learning, and every so often, you reach a point where you need a boost in your development. This coaching is for you if you want to give extra attention to specific skills or break patterns that currently hinder your growth. | ||

In our [Train-the-Trainer program](/trainingen/), you learn the tricks of the training trade. During the coaching, you have the opportunity to address specific questions regarding your facilitation role. This can be very practical if you need inspiration for new and effective (online) work forms or if you need a fresh perspective to fine-tune the details before an important meeting. It might also be that in your role as a coach and trainer, you recognize a pattern you want to break, such as tension when standing in front of a group or difficulty with confronting and strongly intervening in group processes. | ||

Coaching is a great addition to a talent program, whether it's our (customized) TDP program or another program. It provides the space to translate insights from the training days into the participants' daily life and also for themes that participants find difficult to bring up in a plenary setting. | ||

You want young talents to commit to your organization for a longer period by giving them the space to develop optimally. After all, many find personal and professional development, challenge, work-life balance, and equal communication more important than job security. For younger employees, it is also important to feel that they are in the right place. | ||
|
||
In our Talent Development Programs, participants learn to recognize their own talents, gain confidence in those talents, turn them into actions, and navigate a well-founded and independent course. In the lives of twenty- and thirty-somethings, so much can happen that coaching can help address doubts, obstacles, and life questions in a timely manner. | ||

Taking stress seriously in time is of great importance to prevent structural depletion. But this coaching trajectory goes much further than reducing stress; it is an opportunity to get to know yourself better and benefit from it for the rest of your life. | ||
|
||
Do you feel like you are running at too high a speed or that your battery is almost empty? Do you feel (too) much responsibility? Or do you recognize feelings of cynicism or irritability? These can be signs of unhealthy stress. A little stress from time to time is manageable, but too much stress is something to take seriously. The sooner you do that, the easier it is to reduce stress and seize it as an opportunity to learn a lot about yourself. | ||
|
||
## What causes the stress? | ||
|
||
It is important to recognize (physical) signs of overload and investigate the cause of this stress. Sometimes the stress is linked to a concrete situation, but often there are underlying patterns. During coaching, it may suddenly become clear that someone has a fear of failure or often thinks: “If I just finish this task, then I can relax.” As soon as the task is finished, the next one already presents itself. You can imagine that if someone constantly thinks this way, the moment of relaxation never comes. Everyone has their own patterns, and recognizing them is crucial to making different choices. | ||
|
||
## What picks you up? | ||
|
||
In coaching, it is just as important to reflect on what makes you tick. What are the moments at work where you experience satisfaction? When do you feel that you are in the right place? And if you don’t have answers to these questions, then that is a good starting point for further exploration. For example, into your motivations and talents and how they relate to your current position. | ||
|
||
In short: if you want to get better at dealing with stress, our coaching is an opportunity to get to know yourself better. So that you create room to breathe for the moment and for the long term. You know what to do in periods when you feel the pressure is too high. | ||
|
||

## Walk-in Coaching | ||
|
||
There may be a particular theme currently playing a significant role in your organization. Perhaps the work pressure is high, or there is a significant change happening on the work floor. You want to offer guidance to employees without engaging in lengthy and costly processes. In that case, walk-in coaching might be something for your organization. | ||
|
||
What does walk-in coaching look like? On fixed days, one of our coaches comes to the office, and employees can sign up for a short coaching session of 45 minutes. Together with you as the client, we will determine what walk-in coaching further requires in terms of organization and communication to employees. | ||
