Adds --all flag and multi-arg support to `abby install`: - `abby install --all github.com/owner/repo` discovers and installs all agents - `abby install --all` installs all agents from ./build/ - `abby install ref1 ref2 ref3` installs specific agents (cross-repo supported) Includes ListAgents GitHub API method for agent discovery via release tags, best-effort error handling with summary output, unit tests, integration test, and documentation updates.
