We must have all code public before the kickoff if we are to re-use it in future FRC events. Also, it may be good to organize our repository, as who doesn't like doing that?

PS: The due date I marked is an estimation of kickoff. For this year, it may be better to aim for before summer as this should be a pretty lightweight milestone.
