Fixed an issue where BMS conversion ignores files in subfolders.
This program is released in 2 forms. Use ConverterWinForm.exe for a graphical user interface; ConverterCLI.exe for a command line interface. If not sure, use the former.
This program requires the .NET Desktop Runtime 6.0; the output track is compatible with TECHMANIA version 2.0 and above.
