Here is a corrected version for Linux and a support for naming midi Clients and input/output ports

Pass a name to a midi client:
rtmidi.RtMidiIn("in_name")
rtmidi.RtMidiOut("out_name")

Pass a name to a midi port on your midi client (ex: midiIn/midiOut):
midiIn.openPort(port, "in_port")
midiOut.openPort(port, "out_port")
