Add support for ElasticSearch mTLS

What was changed

This PR adds support for ElasticSearch mTLS.

Why?

Encrypted and trusted connection with ElasticSearch is important for security guidelines like SOC2.

Please could you update this PR for the current code. You'll need to edit https://github.com/temporalio/helm-charts/blob/main/charts/temporal/templates/shim-configmap.yaml to add the relevant features.
