#2 PR gave a boost to COG read speeds of library.
A test to derive 1 year timeseries NDVI, for 1 polygon (using 4 core AWS VM in US west2) resulted in rasteret filtering over 300+ STAC items in geoparquet Collection, reading 44 COG files, and writing the final 22 NDVI geotiff files in under 5 seconds.
