Prints usage message when user gives bad arguments to commands.
Auto-updates disabled at autocompletion code.
Some refactoring done at the commands.
Command categories implemented. (default commands, admin commands, etc.)
Auto-updates disabled if the tmc-cli is installed through package manager.
Prints error messages into standard error.
New --uninstall option. (It's not shown currently in the --help)
