Made for Windows 11, support for other versions is not guaranteed.

To-Do

• Fix win when a player has dots horizontally in the center
• Implement Pro Bot that makes a move that has the highest chance of leading to a win
• Remove maximize button and behavior
• Release in a single .exe file
