The North Star: With Schejzuren you can finally organize your day the way you always wanted
- Current Reality: Have you ever feel like your day is a bit too messy? Have you ever felt like you wanted to watch that TV show for one hour and no more, because there is something important you need to do?
- The Friction: I always forget about my todos since I can't properly schedule them (prioritize in terms of start time and duration) hence cannot stay committed.
- The Impact: Finally, organize your day and become the most productive you could ever be.
- The Reward: Easy of mind and growth
These are the "deal-breakers." If these don't work, the project doesn't exist.
- Activities CRUD:
- Data Persistence: SQLite Activities CRUD
- Rich activities visualization
- Calendar
- Activities search: like all activities, list style.
- Primary UI: Clock-like visualization tool, activities list, calendar with viewable activities
- Can be installed via flathub
Features that add significant value but aren't required for the first "launch."
- Dark mode
- Tested working cross-platform
The "Shiny Objects." Only touch these if you are ahead of schedule.
- Better UI design
To prevent scope creep, I am explicitly NOT building the following in Version 1.0:
- No Mobile App (Desktop and Web only).
- No AI.
I will stop working and celebrate when:
- Can CRUD activities for my day or any day I want.
- Visualization of activities is very user-friendly and easy to understand
- There are zero "Critical" bugs in the Must-Have list.
- I have a working calendar that let's me to see activities for a specific date.
- I have all activities list, with past activities.
- I have good search functionality e.g search all, a specific date or on specific weekdays.
- The app is published to flathub and I have successfully installed it on my PC.
- Idea 1...
Everything is subject to change
