The goal of this release would be a binary that people can download and run locally, and based on their geographic location, get some indicative number for the carbon intensity of electricity - ideally using a CLI interface, for a nice out of the box experience.

It would also have be compatible with the grid-intensity-exporter, to provide an easy path for integration into cloud schedulers like Kubernetes, Nomad.

A nice-to-have would be exposing information in a way that schedulers like SystemD can call into - this would make it possible to have some kind of "fuzzy carbon-aware cron" facility for any kind of background job that POSIX based operating systems could make use of (note - the CLI by itself might be sufficient here).
