  1. base-defconfig: Enable I2C_DESIGNWARE_CORE (6.12+) 

    The designware kconfig has been re-organized by:
66049b33c042 ("i2c: designware: Group all DesignWare drivers under a single option")

Which now makes the I2C_DESIGNWARE_CORE user selectable and it is
n by default.
