The project is a calculator for the civil construction sector, developed for 2nd unit the introductory programming course at the Federal Institute of Pernambuco (IFPE) and TMV Architecture company.
CUB (Basic Unit Cost) is a monetary indicator that shows the basic cost for construction. Its objective is to discipline the real estate development market, serving as a parameter in determining the costs of the civil construction sector.
Based on the norm NBR-12.721/2006 of the Brazilian Association of Technical Standards, using indicators from: Brazilian Chamber of Construction Industry (CBIC) and the Syndicate of the Civil Construction Industry in the State of Pernambuco (SINDUSCON/PE).
