Select Component:

• Introduced a flexible Select component to support single and multiple selection modes.
• Added subcomponents including
  • SelectTrigger
  • SelectContent
  • SelectGroupHeading
  • SelectItem
  • SelectSeparator
  • ScrollUpButton and ScrollDownButton
• Created Storybook stories for Select component to demonstrate
  • Default behavior
  • Disabled state
  • Multiple selection mode
  • Multiple selection with chip-style tags
• Created Separator Component:
  • Added a new Separator component for use in select component.

Chores:

1. Dependency Updates
   • Updated bits-ui to version 1.0.0-next.74. (update component for svelte 5)
   • Updated vite to version 6.0.6.
