The comments show that the intended value is 250 kHz bandwidth (0x80) combined with Coding Rate 4/5 (0x02). Those were originally combined incorrectly as 0x0A, but are now fixed to be 0x82. The same fix is applied to the line below that enables Implicit Header Mode. You can confirm on Page 113 of the SX127x family datasheet: https://www.mouser.com/datasheet/2/761/sx1276-1278113.pdf
