Everything looks great!
But make sure to follow the Contributions.md guidelines.
The name/ColorChanger should be there instead of just the dir name to be ColorChanger.

A color changing project which involves of colour change when elements are clicked as well as a rgb slider which lets you customize colours, whilst the background also changes colours, plus gives rgb colour code.
