Improves readability of the Dataset section by organizing content under subheadings: Visualization, Data Collection, Dataset Statistics, and Prepare Your Own Data.
Adds a note regarding the dataset release schedule. Simplifies the data format description in the dataset section. Introduces a new benchmark section presenting performance results for various physiological parameters. Includes a table comparing reflective and transmissive sensing modalities across different methods.
