Adding TFMicro 2.4.0 to this library to ensure longer term stability following Google's decision to remove the official Arduino Library for TFMicro. The latest TFMicro can still be manually installed intro Arduino (as of 9/22) by following the instructions here: https://github.com/tensorflow/tflite-micro-arduino-examples#how-to-install
