Release 2.1

Fixed a bug in the operator table. AND was using a hard coded memory location instead of the assembler Label.

Release 2

This release includes Disk, Extended and Squanchy BASIC. Each craftily squanched into upper RAM. Tested on a CoCo 2 and CoCo 3.

The included list files show where in memory all of the code resides.
