This repository contains an essay and mini-research project I created for my college.
The topic is random walks, written in Dutch.
I first explore basic properties of random walks and explain how one can generally describe them.
Then I work out the equations for expected drift, variance, etc.
I also explore special types of random walks such as biased and correlated walks.
Some folders contain scripts written in Matlab code, where I simulate random walks and record and plot their properties.
