As part of working on toltec-dev/toltec#955 I'm seeing that we sometimes need things installed during the prepare step, so the easiest way to define that is with a preparedepends option. I've just borrowed the logic from makedepends for implementing this, as well as consolidated the logic for running a recipe script in a container with dependencies handled etc.
