Research methods - Prediction of voting decisions of institutional shareholders toward nominees for director based on proxy reports guided by policy

This is my research experiment proposal to answer whether a raise in yearly increment percentages would improve the tenures of software engineers at Google. The proposal covers the literature review, research plan and simulation of effects (using R).
