fix: 단독으로 존재하는 겹자음의 romanize 지원

Overview

romanize 함수가 단독으로 존재하는 자음을 처리하는 로직을 개선합니다.

이제 단독으로 존재하는 겹자음의 경우도 처리가 가능합니다.

기존: ㄳ => ㄳ
변경: ㄳ => gs
