This PR adds automatic builds for each commit, and will also automatically build and upload when a release is tagged. I've also added a preconfigured
buildfolder to help with the local build process just because Godot doesn't create the target folder if it doesn't exist.Should not be merged until yeslayla/build-godot-action#26 is merged.
