This PR adds support for T3T1 hardware (with STM32U5 MCU).
Some haptic feedback is added, but the specific waveforms needs to be reviewed by designers.
Optiga-secret related behavior is modified to respect that the secret is no longer deleted when non-official fw is installed. The prodtest cannot access the secret flash area for second time - it is hidden by bootloader.
