Adds a ReadMe file to the project to provide information on how to install and use the available custom controls. The ReadMe file includes instructions on how to initialize the library, use the namespace in XAML, and a description of the available controls.
Updates the library to version 1.3.0. Adds the HyperlinkLabel control and migrates the target framework to .NET 9. Extends copyright to 2025 and includes a ReadMe file in the package.
