Dependency updates

Update dependencies to eliminate unwanted redirects for resty package, more up-to-date module dependencies.

CLI Option improvements

This adds the app.MarkPrivate() function to mark a part of the builtin grammar as private and not accessible to the user. This allows an application that has no use for the Ego client/server model can disable the "logon" subcommand, etc.

This release also adds back in some missing localizations.

Bug fixes

Mostly bug fixes to v0.1.1. Only new feature is adding i18n.Register() function to register new localizations at runtime.

First release with proper versioning after updating by merging back in features from Ego.
