Initial implementation of AFL.
No fragmentation supported, MAC not currently verified, etc. Lots of improvements to make.
But covers the common case of the AFL being used without fragmentation.
Also adds support for TPL security profile 7 (ephemeral key using a KDF)
Also adding a new
Exmbus.Parser.Identityto contain manufacturer, identification no, version and device values.Currently only used in the new addition to ELL (
Exmbus.Parser.Ell.UnencryptedWithReceiver) but I want to refactor the parser to use it everywhere (this is backwards breaking though)
