- Remove reference to non-existent 'azure' theme from README
- Update theme count from 5 to 4 with enhanced descriptions
- Update AGENTS.md to reflect actual Vitest test infrastructure
- Add THEME_DEVELOPMENT.md with comprehensive theme creation guide
- Add API.md with complete utility functions API reference
