It seems that this morphed into https://kiwibitcoinguide.org/ and is mostly focused on meetups, so it won't hit our requirements. Closing this PR for now. Let me know in case you think my assessment is wrong @codyellingham (and feel free to open another PR if it is) |

Oh, I just saw that there is a monthly newsletter which might be considered a "beacon" of sorts. Re-opening. |
