When the stack trace did not contain column or line numbers, int.tryParse raised an argument exception

Rollbar allows four differently structured body types:
The message body also allows arbitrary keys of metadata to be added to the report. For more information, see https://explorer.docs.rollbar.com/#operation/create-item.
This PR should be a good starting point to add support for the trace and trace_chain reports as well as reporting additional metadata for message reports. I'm happy to continue working on that if that is something you're willing to add to that package.
Additionally, I updated outdated dependencies but could easily isolate that in a separate PR if needed.
