I'm guessing that this isn't a PR because we're still not quite clear on the relationship between this repository and airflow?
This README context on
aws-mwaa-local-runnerstill feels "done" and critical, though, so I'm making it into a PR - @barbarahui please set it to a draft state if you're convinced it shouldn't be a part of our main branch.
