[Philip Johnson](https://philipmjohnson.org) is a Professor of Information and Computer Sciences at the University of Hawaii. His research interests include climate change, educational technology, software engineering, and serious games. He is currently an active developer of [RadGrad](https://radgrad.org), an open source software system based on Javascript, Typescript, React, and Meteor.
[Yuanzhang Xiao](https://yuanzhangxiao.github.io/) is an Assistant Professor in Hawaii Advanced Wireless Technologies Institute at the University of Hawaii. His research interests include reinforcement learning and game theory with applications to wireless communications, smart grids, and socio-technological systems.
