This PR updates all YAML file headers to use a standardized license format. 🔄

Changes:

  • 📝 Standardized header: # Ultralytics 🚀 AGPL-3.0 License - https://ultralytics.com/license
  • 🧹 Ensures consistent spacing after headers
  • 🔍 Applies to all YAML files except those in venv
