- Implemented build.rs logic to compile and link Librius icon resources on Windows. - Added support for both MSVC and GNU toolchains with environment PATH handling. - Integrated res/librius.rc and res/librius.ico for executable branding. - Ensured graceful fallback when windres is missing or resource files are absent.
