Extended Binary Waterfall 0.3.1

There's two downloads available depending on the use case:

• If you want a simple solution, pick the GUI option (the first one).
• If you want more control over the generation process and don't mind using the console, pick the CLI option (the second one).

Please note that the GUI version may not have some features present in the CLI version as it is still somewhat experimental.
