This is the OOICI Instrument Development Kit.  

Contained within it is 
bin/sim_net   : lets you simulate 2 types of satellite networking. (Remember to use it to turn off the simulation when done)

To observe what the script does do:

	sim_net sat_rough google.com
	ping -c 100 google.com
	sim_net off google.com

bin/setup_env : Fetches and installs the OOICI ioncore-python and supporting software. Requires python 2.5 to be installed prior.
