v1.0 - Initital release

We are marking the initial release of SocialGym 2. This release will allow users to set up SocialGym 2 on linux machines (WSL has some known issues) that has docker and an NVIDIA GPU.

This release is intended to mark a bug-free initial setup and out-of-the-box training. Once users start interacting and finding bugs from training their own setup (which we will fix), we will roll out additional releases.
