Favoring the upstream hdkeychain by btcd since utreexo doesn't touch any of the bip32 related code. Doesn't make sense to maintain a separate package.
Nothing depends on psbt here and it's a maintenance burden. No need to keep it around here when we don't expect people to use this as a library.
