V02: Fixed Typos and added 32 to 36 bit padding clarification

New pull since #21 didn't pick up my latest commit.

Changes:

• Fixed Typos for Typo in Section 2 Background #16 and Typo: Bad UUIDv7 reference in Section 4.4 #18
• Fixed bad verbiage for Typo: Change 'proceeding' verbiage in Section 7 to avoid confusion #20
• Added clarification on how to pad 32 bit Unix timestamp to 36 bit if required
• Also tagging that Typo: Bad UUIDv7 references in Section 4.5 #17 and Typo: Bad UUIDv8 Reference in Section 4.5.4 #19 fixed in last PR for V02
• Deleted 01 XML draft used for last PR Draft 02 updates #14 compare
• I also fixed Typo: Bad time_or_node Reference in Section 4.5.4 #22 along with a forward reference on using UUIDv8 if an implementation/application requires an untruncated 64 bit Unix timestamp vs UUIDv7's 36-bit variant.
