HomoGroups

A Shiny app to divide a group of beehives in groups with homogeneous infestation mean and distribution to apply different acaricide treatments, trying to minimize drifting of mites between groups in neighboring hives.

Infestation is preliminary estimated by the means of sugar shaking method [1,2].

App is published for test at https://vesco.shinyapps.io/gruppiZav/
