ivtools-2.1.1 -- work with latest Clang and macOS

ivtools-2.1 is a new release of ivtools that has been set up to work with the homebrew package manager on MacOS.

This is another attempt to add ivtools to homebrew. Once successful there will shortly follow an ivtools-2.1.0.

ivtools-2.0.11a -- 2.0.11 with change to build with installed ACE

This release has one small change from ivtools-2.0.11. The configure.hd script used to configure things for homebrew (to workaround the 118 character limit) now points to the place where ACE is installed for homebrew, without a version.

ivtools-2.0.11 -- clean up warnings and more work on homebrew install

Another release to work on homebrew installation for MacOS. If this one works there will be a forthcoming ivtools-2.1.0 release. Thanks to Barak Pearlmutter for keeping up with all these releases and doing what it take to distribute ivtools on Debian as well.
