This is another attempt to add ivtools to homebrew. Once successful there will shortly follow an ivtools-2.1.0.

This release has one small change from ivtools-2.0.11. The configure.hd script used to configure things for homebrew (to workaround the 118 character limit) now points to the place where ACE is installed for homebrew, without a version.

Another release to work on homebrew installation for MacOS. If this one works there will be a forthcoming ivtools-2.1.0 release. Thanks to Barak Pearlmutter for keeping up with all these releases and doing what it take to distribute ivtools on Debian as well.
