Problem:
Vertica images have been removed from Docker Hub, which caused our existing test cases to fail since they relied on those images.
Solution:
This PR provisions Vertica using Kubernetes instead of Docker Hub images. The setup ensures that all existing test cases continue to run successfully and in the same manner as before.
