Non GUI support

• Added own script for use of functions without GUI
• Adapted underlying functions to allow use with and without GUI
• Added functionality for multiple tracers and factors, not yet available in GUI

GUI fixes

• Plenty of bugfixes for the GUI tool inputs
• Allow less common setups as input (no replicates, single cohort...)
• Increase download time to 5minutes

TraVis Pies v1.2

• Added new input options to allow uploading corrected isotopologues instead of fractional contribution, including an option to upload Escher-Trace compatible input files
• Allows user that uploaded isotopologue data to add * to the name of cohorts that have at least one isotopologue fraction differ significantly from the reference cohort for each metabolite
• Allows users to display relative abundance (pie radius) on a base 10 log scale
• Now shows and outputs an informative caption for user to modify that is adapted to the selected options.
